What We Do to Help
In-Home Health Care Services
Hope Care22 will provide personalized in-home care services, we will staff Personal Care Aides (PCA’s), and Nurse Aides (NA’s). The staff will be supervised by a Registered Nurse (Agency Supervisor) to ensure that all staff is following the Plan of Care developed, providing safe and quality care for our clients in the comfort of their home. All our Aides are certified according to North Carolina state regulations.
Respite Care
At Hope Care22, we provide personalized Respite care for our clients in order to maintain quality of life. We offer services to seniors with chronic health conditions or individuals with disabilities. It can take place in a variety of settings, including in the individual’s home, in a nursing home or assisted living facility, or in a respite care center.
Hope Care22 provides one-time or ongoing basis Respite care, and it can be tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Respite care are provided by our trained professionals: nurses, therapists, or nurse aides, etc.
Sitter Care
We offer professional sitter care for individuals living in retirement or nursing homes. Our team of highly trained and compassionate caregivers are dedicated to providing personalized care and support to our clients.
Our sitter care include one-on-one companionship, assistance with daily activities such as bathing and dressing and help with medication management. Our caregivers are also available to accompany clients on outings or appointments and can provide transportation if needed.
Companion Care
Hope Care22 provides Companion care services for our clients in the comfort of their home. We provide social and emotional support to individuals who may be isolated or lonely. Companion care services can be especially beneficial for seniors or individuals with disabilities who may have difficulty getting out and about on their own.
Our Companion care services may include a wide range of activities, such as providing companionship and conversation, assisting with hobbies and interests, running errands, and providing transportation to appointments or social events. Companion caregivers may also help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation, and may provide medication reminders and other personal care assistance.
